TrapCity Labs runs a private, self-hosted set of tools (including a local AI chat app at llm.trapcitylabs.com). This explains what we collect and why.
When you sign in, our identity providers (Google or Microsoft) share your name and email address so we can create and identify your account. We never receive your password. Conversations with the AI app are stored on our own server to provide chat history.
Your name and email are used only to authenticate you and control access (new accounts are approved manually). We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data is stored locally on TrapCity Labs hardware. AI processing happens on that same hardware — your conversations are not sent to external AI services.
We keep account and chat data until you ask us to remove it or your access is revoked. To request deletion, email the address below.
